The Redwood Casita is located in a unique gated oasis in the heart of Studio City. The house shares a front yard with the main house, featuring two mature Redwood trees and a Spanish fountain. The house is fully furnished and move-in-ready.
 

The 900 square foot space is composed of a primary bedroom with a queen bed and skylight, a secondary bedroom with two twin beds (one can be removed if not needed), a 3/4 bathroom with laundry and a large open living area including the kitchen, dining area and living space.  Gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. The property is walking distance to Carpenter Elementary and Ventura Blvd with grocery stores, restaurants and shops just steps away. On Sundays you can even walk to the Studio City Farmer's Market.
 

Landlord pays for water, gas, electric, trash and internet. No smoking allowed in house or on the property. Dogs are welcome with a refundable pet deposit but unfortunately we cannot allow cats. Private parking is not available, but there is plenty of safe street parking. Front yard gardening and appearance is taken care of by landlord.
